Fast internet and Jumping shoes.

Right now, Nova and i are lying in bed staring at a 6ft wall sized projection of the internet, courtesy of the digital projector i bought last month. Behind me are a pair of highly engineered aluminium jumping stilts that let me jump 2 metres in the air like a kangeroo and right now im downloading The Daily Show at over 400Kb/second.

Life is sweet.


In other news, My-Perfect-Job fell through, But-Thats-Contracting, Nova and i just had dinner and beers with Irene and the tickets to our christmas trip to Chamonix arrived in the mail last night.

Its getting cold in london. Ive gone from 2 layers to 4 in the space of 2 weeks and we turned on the central heating for the first time on tuesday, all of which means its getting close to... Wait for it...

I am at the present moment booking a trip for Nov and i to spend the new year in france. Oh and i got a new job. Im leaving the company formally known as bacs on the 12th of nov and starting a new job on the following monday. This one is in the City and very exciting.

Voting in london.

Is there anything more desperate, more pathetic, more sad, than a clean shaven, suit wearing Young Liberal.
Nova and i voted in london last night. It wasnt too crowded but theyve got the whole street blocked off, dudes with MP5 machine guns and a long queueing system set up. Glad we got in early.
After much consideration i decided to vote labour in the reps and greens in the senate.
John Howard never had a chance of getting my vote. If he wants to drag australian politics to the right, pander to washington, victimise refugees and students and wage illegal, immoral and ineffective wars he should change his parties name.
Liberal my arse, they should be called John Howards Christian Facist Rightwing Consertive party.
